About Branch

Branch is shaking up the $46B office furniture industry to create an office experience for the 21st century: easy, affordable and flexible so you can sit down (or stand) and get to work.

We're based in NYC and backed by the investors behind household brands like Quip, Caraway and Peloton. Our founders arrive with experience in partnerships, real estate, and venture building at leading real estate companies like Oxford Properties, SL Green and Redfin.

We’re an ambitious group of problem solvers innovating across software, design and logistics, and we’re looking for entrepreneurial teammates who like a challenge.

The Role

Branch is seeking a Creative Strategist & Producer who blends big-picture brand thinking with hands-on creative execution. You have a sharp design eye, a strong sense of brand voice, and the ability to concept and bring campaigns to life across our full roster of brand, performance and wholesale channels.

This is both a strategic and doer role: you’ll shape the creative direction of the brand and execute the ideas you champion through thoughtful assets that push our identity forward while ensuring a consistent voice. On performance channels, you’ll work with our marketing and social teams to concept and generate creative iterations that stop swipes and drive conversion. You’ll play a key role in production across the full spectrum of photo, video and render generation for product launches and signature campaigns, acting as a scrappy, resourceful producer capable of managing shoots end-to-end. Finally, you’ll pioneer the incorporation of new creative tools into our process with both excitement and care, using AI as a partner and accelerant while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Reporting into design leadership, this role works closely with Design, Product, Growth, and our executive team to bring Branch to the next level of brand excellence. Based in New York City, this person should thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.

Day to Day

Creative Storytelling

  • Conduct competitive research to understand best practices and gather inspiration.
  • Identify opportunities for fresh creative ideas across campaigns, launches, partnerships, and always-on content.
  • Develop campaign concepts, content ideas, and creative directions that elevate Branch’s brand presence.
  • Write strategic, inspiring briefs for internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies that combine brand priorities with cultural relevance; every brief builds on a clear “so what” that ties our brand values to customer needs.

Brand Stewardship

  • Serve as a brand and creative thought leader—advocating for strong design, cohesive storytelling, and consistent voice across every channel.
  • Partner closely with design, copywriters, and marketing leads to ensure unified storytelling from concept through production.
  • Act as a guardian of Branch’s visual world—composition, lighting, styling, art direction, and overall taste level.
  • Work closely with Brand, Growth, and Product teams to ensure creative support for campaign priorities and launch moments.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers and external partners to bring high-quality assets to market.
  • Present work to stakeholders and communicate rationale clearly.
  • In partnership with the Growth team, own testing and execution for new brand channels, including OOH.

Performance Creative

  • Own the creative testing pipeline end-to-end: brief, produce, and iterate on a high volume of paid social assets (static, video, UGC) across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other demand generation channels, with a bias toward speed and learning velocity.
  • Translate performance data into creative direction: partner closely with marketing to identify winning hooks, formats, and audiences, then use those insights to brief creators and execute on the next round of concepts.
  • Build and manage a scalable creative ecosystem: develop SOPs for asset naming, versioning, and handoff; work with social to maintain a roster of freelance UGC creators; and ensure Branch always has fresh creative in market aligned to promotions and seasonal moments.

Shoots & Asset Production

  • Support pre-production needs: moodboards, shot lists, casting, location planning, vendor management.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, stylists, and editors to bring concepts to life.
  • Act as on-set producer for small-to-mid-size shoots—coordinating logistics and timelines.
  • For larger shoots, work with an external producer to plan and execute.
  • Support post-production: selects, rough cuts, feedback cycles, and final asset delivery.
  • Work with external vendors to produce product renders or product drawings and maintain Branch standards across all types of imagery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years in creative strategy, brand marketing, art direction, creative production, or a related role (internal or agency).
  • A refined design eye and strong creative taste—demonstrated through a portfolio of brand, campaign, or content work.
  • Experience concepting brand campaigns or integrated creative across channels.
  • Comfort with performance data: able to read Meta Ads Manager or a basic dashboard and draw creative conclusions from CTR, hook rate, and thumb-stop data
  • Hypothesis-driven creative mindset—you approach every asset with a point of view on why it should work, not just what it looks like, and can articulate the test logic behind a creative set.
  • Iterative and analytical: you think like a growth marketer but execute like a creative.
  • Hands-on production experience; comfortable on set and capable of taking the lead on shoots.
  • Ability to turn loose ideas into structured briefs, compelling concepts, and polished creative.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus

  • Strong copywriting sensibilities and understanding of written brand tone/voice.
  • Experience with interior design, lifestyle brands, or design-forward consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, or similar.
  • Graphic and production design experience
